Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Food was good and hot. Good service
This McDonald's has definitely improved over the last few months. Most of the time I get an employee that acts like they care about their job, there are still a few that don't though. They stopped saying their ice cream machine and their frappe machine were broken and I come at least once a day to this location because I am addicted to their Mocha Frappe!
I thought I would have learned by now to check my order when I made changes to it. If you eat here, be careful and check your order. Oh, plus, if you order water and would like a refill before you leave. Forgot about it. Go to a real corporate McDonald's. I order 2 special Mcchickens with onions and pickles. Here is what I received.
Food service was great, but the bathroom has a plumbing problem that when someone in the female bathroom flushes the toilet it makes the water in the men's toilet shoot upwards towards the bum of anyone sitting on the men's toilet. They were out of ice cream (bit it's McDonald's so what do you expect) and chicken tenders and they have a sign posted saying you have 30 mins to eat your food before you are considered loitering, which seems a little rude to me.
I had ordered the 2 for $3 which was a 6 piece nugget and a mcdouble plain. I got a mcdouble all the way and a fri. I asked for them to remake it and after arguing for 10 minutes, they only remade the mcdouble which in the end still had ketchup on it. And they would not give me a 6 piece nugget even though I would have happily gave them back the fries I did not ask for. But instead she continued to yell and argue with me until I gave in and paid extra. I was so upset. This was 3rd shift. So today I tried to order again during 1st shift hoping to get better service. I was a fool for thinking that. Not only did they mess up my order. They overcharged me and wouldn't give me my money back. I will never go back to this mcdonalds AGAIN!
